Ink-jetting

We provide our customers with the best quality of labeling for their branded products. To meet product labeling requirements, we use high-resolution printers, which are able to print batch numbers and expiration dates, also on collective packages with additional product information and bar codes. Our printers work based on proven and reliable technology TIJ (Thermal Ink Jet), thanks to which, the amount of printing can be optimally adapted to the needs of the customer.

Ink-jet printers - printing up to four lines, horizontally or vertically in black or white.

Efficiency : 25 000 to 30 000 labels per shift (8h).

Thermal transfer printer (6 units) -printer’s efficiency depending on the size of the label: up to 210 mm / s

Shrink wrapping

Quality Packers machine park is equipped with the highest class heat shrink packaging equipment including shrink tunnel. Films and heat shrink sleeves are ideal for combining promotional products, also including those of different shapes and sizes. We also offer a shrink sleeve service. This method is an ideal choice for promotional products, which package should be accompanied by additional information or by a modified graphic design. We offer a comprehensive service ranging from technological consultancy to providing a finished package.

Shrink tunnel (3units) -for using PE or PVC film sleeve. Efficiency depending on the size of the product, for a small - size product: daily efficiency of 15 - 18 thousand pieces Tunnel + seam welding machine (2units) – for packing products in PE film. Shift performance: up to 3500 sets. Maximum size of a set: width 500 x height 280 mm Manual and semi-automatic angular welding machines with shrink tunnel (6 units) - for small and medium-sized sets, packed in PE film or polyolefin. Daily efficiency of one device: from 1500 - 3500 sets.

Seam welding machine (12units) - used mainly for packing products in bags made of PE or PP film. The average efficiency : about 2 500 pieces.

Stickering (manually, automatically)

Automatic labeling machine is used for automatic stickering of self-adhesive labels on all kinds of packages. Our machines are extremely versatile and at the same time accurate and efficient. The machines allow for the possibility to stick labels on flat, round or oval products and applying two labels in different places on one product. In addition, the devices are designed to apply labels on the label - the option of so-called product positioning. Efficiency: up to 25 000 pieces per shift.

Blistering

Blisters are a very popular form of packaging used in retail. They are usually transparent which allows to expose and highlights the values of the product. Depending on the client's needs blisters can be for example sealed permanently or fastened with snaps.

"Sandwich" type welding machine - this machine gives us the possibility of packing food products in blisters secured from the top with a film approved for food.

Blister machines (2 units) - this machine gives us the possibility of joining two pre-moulded parts made of PP foil or joining PP foil mouldings with a special paper insert weighing from 200g. Performance of one unit: 3 000 - 4000 pieces per shift.
